Opportunities of the Zangezur corridor

The member countries of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization were offered to use the opportunities of the Zangezur corridor.
This was discussed at the 38th General Assembly of the Union of Automobile Transport Associations held in Istanbul.
Azerbaijan’s transit-logistics opportunities were discussed at the event. It was reported that the Zangezur corridor will stimulate the international cargo transportation capabilities of the member countries of the organization. It was also noted that this corridor will ensure the smooth passage of the member countries of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization through Azerbaijan. For this, Azerbaijan has roads and cargo parks that meet world standards. It was also emphasized that 13 truck parks, border crossing points and 5 truck parks in the areas close to them are currently in service in Azerbaijan.
